Torno apartment
Nice apartment composed of living room with kitchen corner, bathroom, double bedroom, terraces .
Delightful small apartment, placed in the heart of Torno, few steps from the “Piazza” the open-air community living room; the central square open on the ancient small harbour with the public boat stop to reach all the other location around the lake and Como City. Italian restaurants and bar are overlooking on the Piazza, where is possible to have breakfast and dinner catching the great sight of the lake. The “Piazza” is a safe playing field for children and it’s easy to keep an eye on them drinking a glass of good Italian wine. It is perfect to spend a pleasant holiday week on the Lake Como, in one of the most romantic village of this area. All the facilities are very close to the apartment, so the car is not necessary.

Final cleaning:
At the price of the week are added:
- Euro 100.00 for a week's stay
- Euro 130.00 per two-week stay
These amounts include the final cleaning, bed linen and bath towels that you will find in the property, (1 complete set of linen per week for the number of guests present), the cost of electricity, water and gas for the period from May to September, during the remainder period, the cost of electricity and gas will be calculated according to consumption.
Security deposit:
Euro 200.00 for week, this amount will be returned at the end of stay.
The village
Small tourist village on the eastern shore of Lake Como fars about 10 minutes from the city of Como and 40 minutes to Milan.
Torno has a charming old centre, and it offers, too, bars, restaurants, small shops but also one of the most romantic and evocative squares all over the lake. Small dock from which you can easy reach the city by boat.
To visit: The ancient Church of San Giovanni and Santa Tecla, Villa Pliniana important building of the fifteenth century on the shore of the lake, characterized by a waterfall located in a large garden.
