Vassena Villa

For a special holiday, independent villa, directly on the lake.  The property is located in Vassena (behind the Bellagio, near Oliveto Lario, Lecco branch). It consists of a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, balcony, terrace, garden, parking.

Final cleaning:

At the price of the week are added:

- Euro 200.00 for a week's stay

These amounts include the final cleaning, bed linen and bath towels that you will find in the property, (1 complete set of linen for the number of guests present), the cost of electricity, water and gas for the period from May to September, during the remainder period, the cost of electricity and gas will be calculated according to consumption.
 
The price for the change of bed linen and towels are :
12 Euro for double bed
9 Euro for a single bed
10 Euro for set of towels
 
Linen change will be indicate at the moment of booking

Security deposit:

Euro 200.00 for week, this amount will be returned at the end of stay.

The village

The hamlet of Vassena belongs to the municipality of Oliveto Lario, in the province of Lecco.
It is the central hamlet, where is the town hall, It was founded by colonists from Mandello del Lario who came to cultivate the land with rowing boats known as "Lucie".

The cultivation of the olive, from which comes the name of the country (Oliveto Lario), is still alive. It produce over 200 tons of olives.

The town offers bars, restaurants, grocery stores, newspaper stands and campsites.

the Santuario della Madonna del Moletto, near the lake, built in 1606.

To reach the village of Oliveto Lario  from our office in Argegno procede in direction to Menaggio, when you arrive in Cadenabbia, take the ferry to Bellagio. When you are in Bellagio continue for 15 minutes by car and you arrive in Vassena.
