Romantic apartament, placed in an historical fisherman house, with the lake just outside the main door.
Located in the center of the village of Brienno, the house is reachable with a short walking from the parking under the ancient arcade along the lake. Each windows is a special pictures, and the terrace is perfect for the breakfast, with the water and gulls background sound. A nice food shop is a stone's throw from the apartament.

the cost of electricity and gas will be calculated according to
consumption.

Security deposit:

The village
Small and quiet old village about 20minutes from the city of Como and 50 minutes to Milan, on the western shore ofLake Como.
