the cost of electricity and gas will be calculated according to
consumption.

Security deposit:
Euro 200.00 for week, this amount will be returned at the end of stay.
The village
Argegno is probably the first big tourist center that meets the west
side of Lake Como,about 20 minutes from the city of Como and abaut one
hour to Milan. Mostly sunny in winter and in summer it is located
between the lake and the beginning of Valle Intelvi. Comfortable with
public transport and thanks to the landing it is easy access to and
from all destinations of the lake.
The country offers fun to the
presence of many locals but at the same time relaxing and quiet .
In
addition to the particular center square that overlooking the lake,
with shops, restaurants and bars, the country also has a beautiful
beach, a beautiful marina port, a picturesque old town but also many
natural beauties that you can enjoy pleasant walks through.
