- Euro 150.00 for a week's stay
These amounts include the final cleaning, bed linen and bath towels
that you will find in the property, (1 complete set of linen for the number of guests present), the cost of electricity, water and
gas for the period from May to September, during the remainder period,
the cost of electricity and gas will be calculated according to
consumption.
The price for the change of bed linen and towels are :
12 Euro for double bed
9 Euro for a single bed
10 Euro for set of towels
Linen change will be indicate at the moment of booking
Security deposit:
Euro 200.00 for week, this amount will be returned at the end of stay.
As per provision of the Municipal Administration of Lenno to arriving guests will be required to
STAY TAX of EUR 0.50 per person for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
The village
Elegant touristic country on the western shore of Lake Como, about half an hour from the city of Como and one hour and an half to Milan. Lenno, with its "Golfo di Venere", offers fun and entertainment for all ages, bars, restaurants, shops, pool, marina port, beach and especially the beautiful lake promenade. Convenient public transport and thanks to its central location between the lake and mountains, Lenno is an ideal starting point for any excursion.
To visit: Sanctuary of the Madonna del Soccorso. Punta Balbianello, one of the most characteristic and enchanting location of the lake, incomparable is the path by boat. The Church of St. Stefano, too, Romanesque period.
