Small tourist country on the western shore of Lake Como, about 25 minutes from the city of Como and abaut one hour to Milan.
Sala Comacina overlooks undoubtedly on one of the few but beautiful bays of Lake Como. Just opposite there is the only island all over the lake, Comacina Island, where it takes place annually in June month, the most interesting manifestation of faith and folklore.
The country has bars, restaurants, shops, beach and a beautiful lake promenade.
To visit: The Church of St Giovanni of nineteenth-century origin, and the remains of the Church of St. Euphemia and St. Bartolomeo.
